SHIPPING DETAILS:

Orders typically ship within 7-10 business days. You will be notified with a tracking number once this ships out to you.

Once shipped delivery can be expected between 4-5 days in the US.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Duties and taxes are not included in the final price at check out, your order will be shipped DAP (Delivered At Place). As such, your order may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is obligatory if you wish to obtain your shipment.

These fees are not included in the price and must be covered by the customer. Please be aware of this before placing any orders. For further information, please consult your local customs office.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 7 days by emailing cindy@cindypress.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs, import duties or taxes for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will not be held responsible if orders are returned to us due to incorrect/incomplete address's or for items that go unclaimed at the depot.
